Anne O'Neill is the principal of the firm. She has 20 years specialised experience in family law. She trained as a family law specialist in the most prestigious Family Law firm in Ireland with Alan Shatter, where she became one of the best Family Law specialists in Ireland. During her time in that office she dealt with many complex and contentious Family Law cases. In addition, Anne has now qualified as a Collaborative Specialist and Mediator. This allows her to offer alternative approaches to resolving family issues, keeping children's interests to the fore. Her involvement with Family Law has led her to to develop a niche practice in the area of Adoption. Her experience enables her to assist/advise potential adopters at all levels of the assessment process as well as with hearings before the Adoption Board and making appeals to the High Court.
